We love everything about this coffee; it is grown and processed by a majority women-owned coop that reinvests revenue in the preservation of the Leuser Ecosystem as well as healthcare and education infrastructure for its community. Beyond that, it breaks down all assumptions about island-grown, wet-hulled coffee. Its tasting notes are spiced wine, black pepper, and hints of cedar. In short; we adore this coffee.
